The little garden

Our first project is ready.It wasnt a first priority but while we had a gap used it for make a little garden. Judit was keen to take that work b. she felt a strong connection with this specific place.                Follow the permaculture steps.

Observation: This garden is sunny, poor rocky soil with existing plants.The field is slightly slope.

Integrate rather than segragare/ Use and value diversity :We not destroyed the old garden just cleaned it and make space for vegetable. We kept the already exist trees, shrubs and flowers.           

Catch and store energy: Here in the Canary Island a biggest problem is a water. The soil really dry so people use watertank to store the water. It is can be springwater or council water. This part is tricky b.we have to watering every day.

Produce no waste:For make more fertility the garden we put lot of sheepcompost that make sure the plants have enough nutricients. Cover by dead leaves keep the moist  in the soil.

   Obtein a yield: Our reward a beautiful garden with veggies, edible flowers and plants                                                   .
